How to access your GP practice:
At Lister House Surgery, we are following government guidelines as well as guidance from NHS England around social distancing measures to ensure that our patients and staff members remain safe. We are trying to manage as much as possible remotely whilst continuing to provide a safe and quality service to our patients. Please ensure to contact the practice via our online eConsult service that is available to use 24/7 and you’ll receive a response by the end of the next working day or via the telephone on 01332 271212. Our telephone lines are open Monday-Friday, 8am – 6pm. Please do not attend any of the four sites without speaking to a clinician first.
We continue to provide the following services at face to face appointments that can be booked via our call centre on 01332 271212:
- Childhood vaccinations
- 8 week baby checks
- B12 injections
- Contraceptive injections
- Prostap injections
- National screening such as cervical smears.
Our Lister House Surgery team will be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as gloves, mask, scrubs / gown. Please do not be alarmed by this. We also request that any patients attending the practice for a face to face appointment bring their own mask (this can be a DIY cloth mask – please see video below on how you can make your own).
